As part of the new Smart Life series of Honor devices, the Huawei sub-brand has released the Huawei Honor V6 Android tablet with features like 5G and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. The Honor V6 sports a 10.4-inch screen with super sharp 2K resolution and is powered by the Kirin 985 5G SoC. The inexpensive Apple iPad competitor is equipped with Histen 6.1 3D sound effects and a total of four speakers. After the Honor Pad 5 and the successful Waterplay series, the new Honor ViewPad 6 sets the bar high for its competition. The Android tablet has a 10.4-inch IPS screen with 2000 x 1200 pixel resolution (225ppi) with 10-multi-touch. Underneath, the Honor V6 10.4" is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 985 processor with eight cores and a maximum clock speed of 2.58GHz. The tablet is available in different configurations with 5G or Wi-Fi support. The cellular model comes with 6GB+128GB and the WiFi version with 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. All versions come with a separate microSD card slot and the storage capacity can be expanded by up to 512GB.
AS for the tablet’s camera, the Honor V6 packs two sensors. The 13-megapixel main camera lens on the rear supports auto-focus and has an aperture of f/1.8. The front camera is perfectly located in the middle on top of the super-sharp screen and excellent for video calls. As for the connectivity aspects, the Huawei Honor V6 is charged via USB Type-C port, it supports Bluetooth 5.1, and is powered by a big 7,250mAh battery up to 22.5W charging speed. The battery allows you to watch up to 13 hours local 1080p videos or play up to 8 hours 3D games like PUBG on the Honor tablet. 5G and Wi-Fi 6 are additional features preparing the Huawei Honor V6 Android tablet for the future. The Honor V6 with 10.4-inches runs on Magic UI, like the Honor 30 series phones, based on Android 10 out of the box.
