The notebooks of Xiaomi are constantly improving and the Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro GTX edition is no exception. The Xiaomi Notebook Pro GTX Version is equipped with the GTX1050 Max-Q discrete graphics card with a game performance almost double compared to the MX150. The Mi Notebook Pro features a 15.6-inch full HD screen and is powered by the 8th generation of Intel Core i7-8550U or i5-8250U processor, paired with 16GB or 8GB of RAM and an internal storage of 256GB. The Xiaomi laptop sports a fingerprint sensor to unlock the notebook and it is available in Deep Space Gray color.
The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro GTX laptop is available in two different variants. It comes either with an Intel Core i7 CPU and 16GB RAM or an Intel Core i5 CPU with 8GB of RAM. The two versions support 256GB PCIe SSD storage including M.2 SATA SSD extension. The Chinese tech-giant equipped the GTX Edition with a Nvidia GeForce MX 1050 Max-Q GPU with 4GB GDDR5 memory and up to 16GB dual-channel memory. This is also the biggest change of the GTX Edition compared to the Mi Notebook Pro.
The upgraded version sports a 15.6-inch 1080p FHD screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 300nit brightness and 72% NTSC color gamut. The screen is surrounded by a frosted metal body and additionally protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro GTX edition provides 7 different interfaces, including a triple SD card reader supporting SD/SDHC/SDXC, two USB 3.0 ports, one USB-C data interface, HDMI port, 3.5mm headset jack and a full-featured USB-C interface which supports charging, data transmission and video output.
For audio, the Notebook Pro GTX version has two Harman Infinity speakers and supports Dolby Atmos. The laptop packs 60Wh large battery supporting 1C fast charge technology. This means it can charge up to 50% in 35 minutes. A full-size backlight keyboard (QWERTY) with 1.5mm keystroke and a 6-inch touchpad are on board for easy and convenient operation. The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro GTX edition also comes with a 1-megapixel front web camera for video calls or online streaming sessions.
