Oppo’s mid-tier Reno 6 Pro 5G uses a MediaTek 1200 processor supporting 4G FDD-LTE band 20 (B20) with 800MHz. It has the same display as the Oppo Reno 6 Pro+ 5G and packs a large 4500mAh dual cell battery supporting 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging technology. The phone features a 6.55 inch AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. For cameras, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro comes with a 64-megapixel main sensor, accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle camera and two 2-megapixel cameras. Oppo teamed up with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics to offer additional specialized filters that apply natural-looking make-up on the spot and AI Radiance Beauty Video. The Android device is available with 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB storage option.
The Oppo Reno 6 Pro sports a 6.55-inch full HD+ AMOLED display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and a touch sampling rate up to 180Hz. The phone has a screen-to-body ratio of 92.1% and 2400x1080 pixel resolution (402ppi). The AMOLED panel supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 16.7 million colors, and a peak brightness of 800nit. In addition, the screen is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 tempered glass. Under the hood, the Reno 6 Pro 5G is fueled by a 64bit MediaTek Dimensity 1200 6nm octa-core chipset with 3.0GHz and an ARM G77 MC9 GPU. The Oppo Reno 6 Pro has up to 12GB DDR4x RAM and comes with 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage standard.
In the camera department, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G has a quad camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary camera. The 6P main camera lens has an aperture of f/1.7, 81° FOV, 2x2 PDAF and using a closed-loop focus motor. In addition, the China phone is equipped with an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens with 120° FOV, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel black and white sensor with features like Night scene, portrait, slow motion, and cute shooting. The rear camera supports video recordings up to 4K@30fps. The 32MP front-facing camera has an aperture of f/2.4 aperture and 81° FOV for taking beauty selfies, unlock the phone or do video calls.
The battery of the Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G is split in two cells with a total capacity of 4500mAh. The phone supports PD (9V/2A) and is charged with up to 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology. SuperVOOC charge 25% in 5 minutes and with a 5 minutes charge you can play for 4 hours.
