The Oppo K9s is a new member of the popular mid-range phone K-series. The Android handset is powered by a Snapdragon 778G octa-core SoC and packs a 5,000mAh battery, along with 30W fast charging support. The Oppo K9s has a 6.59-inch TFT LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. On the back of the Android phone is a triple camera with 64MP primary camera sensor. The 16MP front-facing camera is integrated into the FHD+ display. Connectivity options of the Oppo K9s include dual 5G, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6. The phone is running ColorOS, based on Android 11 OS, supporting OTA updates.
The Oppo K9s has a 6.59-inch TFT LCD full HD+ display with a resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels and 401ppi. The screen comes with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, and up to 600 nits brightness. In addition, the display unit is covered by Panda Yiqiang glass protection. The China phone is powered by an octa-core chipset with up to 2.4GHz clock speed. The 64bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G is paired with an Adreno 642L GPU, up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage.
In the camera department, the Oppo K9s has a 64-megapixel main camera with AF support and closed-loop focus motor. In addition, the phone is equipped with an 8-megapixel super-wide angle camera with 120° field-of-view (FOV) and f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro lens with with f/2.4 aperture supporting 4cm macro shooting. On the front, the Oppo K9s has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and 3.41mm focal length. The rear camera supports video recordings up to 4K@30fps and slow-motion videos with 1080p@120fps or 720p@240fps.
The dual SIM Oppo K9s sports a non-removable battery with 5000mAh capacity supporting up to 30W fast charging technology. As far as connectivity is concerned, it comes with dual 5G and dual 4G LTE support, Wi-Fi 6, 2x2 MIMO, WLAN Display, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11. Please note, that even if English language (or another language) is available, some parts of the operating system might still be displayed in Chinese language.
