The Huawei Nova 9 Pro comes with a 6.72-inch screen and sports a dual front-camera with two 32MP sensors. The smartphone is running on HarmonyOS 2.0 which is based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP). The Huawei Nova 9 Pro is powered by a 64bit Snapdragon 778G SoC and 8GB of RAM. For taking photos and videos, the Huawei Nova 9 Pro has a quad-camera setup with 50MP primary sensor on the rear. The smartphone is backed by a 4000mAh battery with 100W Huawei SuperCharge support and the device is equipped with an OLED screen with 120 Hertz refresh rate.
The Nova 9 Pro comes with a large 6.72-inch full HD+ display with 2676 x 1236 pixel resolution (439ppi). The screen is a curved OLED panels with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 300Hz touch sampling rate, and a P3 color gamut. The Nova 9 Pro model has a pill-shaped punch hole for its dual-lens selfie camera and underneath, it is powered by a 64bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G octa-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.42GHz. The chipset is coupled with an Adreno 642L GPU and 8GB of memory. The Huawei Nova 9 Pro is available with either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
For imaging duties, the Huawei Nova 9 Pro sports a total of four camera sensors on the back. The primary camera is a 50-megapixel RYYB sensor (f/1.9 aperture) that captures up to 40% more light than a regular smartphone camera. In addition, the phone comes with an 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth of field camera sensor for taking photos with Bokeh effect. The front and rear cameras both can record videos in 4K resolution with AIS anti-shake support. The dual selfie shooter of the Huawei Nova 9 Pro is integrated into the crisp OLED screen. The front camera comes with a 32-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens with f/2.4 aperture and another 32-megapixel portrait camera (f/2.0) for taking perfect selfies or face-to-face calls, recording vlogs and to securely unlock the phone.
The Huawei Nova 9 Pro packs a 4,000mAh battery supporting up to 100W charging speeds. In addition, the China phone offers a series of connectivity options including dual 4G LTE, NFC, dual band Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi 6, 2x2 MIMO, HE160, 4096 QAM, 8 Spatial-stream Sounding MU-MIMO, and Bluetooth 5.2, including SBC, AAC and LDAC. For precise positioning and navigation you can rely on GPS (L1 + L5), AGPS, GLONASS, Beidou (B1I + B1C + B2a), Galileo (E1 + E5a), QZSS (L1 + L5), and NavIC are available. The dual SIM Huawei Nova 9 Pro 4G runs HarmonyOS out of the box with OTA update support.
