Huawei’s AirPods-inspired Freebuds 2 Pro earphones offer an unique charging solution and are completely wireless. The Bluetooth stereo headphones supports 2.5 hours working time from a single charge and can be used up to 20 hours with charging box. The Freebuds 2 Pro offer a Qi-enabled charging case that can be charged with a Qi wireless charger or with the Huawei Mate 20 Pro reverse charging feature without any cable.

The Freebuds 2 Pro will connect automatically once you open the case after the first Bluetooth pairing with your smartphone or tablet. You can listen to music or make phone calls while wearing them. And thanks to noise-reduction function you can always enjoy Crystal Clear Voice. The Huawei FreeBuds 2 Pro are also IP54 certified and therefore they are resistant against water or sweat.

Another feature of this Pro Version is that it uses a combination of voice recognition and “bone sound pattern” recognition, the FreeBuds 2 Pro can be used via biometric recognition. Apparently, each individual has a unique bone sound pattern. You can simply ask it to unlock your phone and it will do so. You can use the FreeBuds 2 Pro to make payments with your voice for WeChat payment and AliPay (Supports Chinese language only).

The RGB LED light on the charging dock will indicate e.g. pairing or charging status of FreeBuds 2 pro. The charging case with a battery capacity of 420mAh comes with a USB Type-C port and is able to recharge the earphones a couple of times.
