The Honor MagicBook 14 Ryzen Edition 2021 is an updated version of the the same laptop form last year. It comes with the new AMD Ryzen 5000 APU's and and USB 3.2 port, the rest stays the same. The chassis is made of aluminum and it comes with a large 14-inch display. The laptop is powered by a Ryzen 7 5700U or Ryzen 5 5500U, 16GB of RAM and the updated integrated Radeon RX Vega 7/8 Graphics GPU. The Honor MagicBook 14 2021 Ryzen Edition weighs only 1.38 kilograms and is 15.9 mm thick.

The thin-and-light notebook adopts a design which small side bezels, giving it an 84% screen-to-body ratio. It sports a 14-inch Full-HD panel that features 157ppi (pixels per inch). The Honor MagicBook 14 2021 Ryzen Edition is equipped with the updated AMD Renoir Ryzen 5000 APU's. They are fabricated on TSMC's 7nm process based on AMD's Zen 2 microarchitecture. AMD’s integrated Vega graphics continues to deliver a strong showing in the Ryzen 5500U. Higher sustained clock speeds and faster memory mean that the Ryzen 5500 APU’s Vega 7 GPU offers faster GPU performance compared to Ryzen 4000 APUs.

The MagicBook is just 15.9mm thick and weighs 1.38kg which means it isn’t only portable but also lightweight. In addition, it comes with two speakers and supports Dolby Atmos Sound System. The Honor MagicBook 14 packs a 56Wh battery which the company says can provide 10 hours of native 1080p video playback.
