Cubot’s latest phone to hit the market is the Cubot P20 with notch display. The cell phone looks nearly like a clone phone of the Xiaomi Mi 8. The entry-level Xiaomi Mi 8 lookalike comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage which can be further expanded. On the rear is a 20+2MP dual camera setup and in terms of 4G connectivity all important frequencies and bands are supported.
The Cubot P20 sports a large screen with 6.18-inch full HD+ display (2246 x 1080p) with 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the P20 is equipped with a 64bit MediaTek MT6750T processor with 1.5GHz clock speed. The SoC comes coupled with an ARM Mali T860 MP2 GPU. In terms of memory, the smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM as well as 64GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB more via microSD memory card.
The low-cost 4G phone has a dual camera on the back consisting of a 20-megapixel Samsung sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a secondary lens with 2-megapixel. On the front, a selfie camera with 13MP and fixed focus is used. The mobile sports a fingerprint scanner on the back. Connectivity-wise Wi-Fi 2.4G, Bluetooth 4.0 and a high speed microUSB port are available. The latter is used to charge the large battery with 4000mAh capacity. The dual SIM phone offers a set of different sensor e.g. Light, Distance and G-sensor. The affordable 4G cell phone has pure Android 8.0 Oreo OS pre-installed.
