The new ZTE Nubia Z18 Mini comes with a Snapdragon 660 chipset, 6GB of RAM, and either 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage in five sparkling colors. The 5.7-inch screen has Full-HD+ resolution and very narrow bezels. On the front is an 8MP selfie shooter and a dual camera setup on the rear (24MP + 5MP). The Z18mini supports 4G frequencies and bands including B1, B3, B5, B8 and B19 with 800MHz.
The Nubia Z18 Mini has a LTPS display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080-pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The pixel density is 428ppi. The upper midranger phone is powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 660 AIE, paired with 6GB of RAM and an Adreno 512 GPU. The processor can handle artificial intelligence tasks with NeoSmart AI. There are two versions with 6+64GB or 6+128GB available. The body is made of an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass on the front and rear.
On the back is a dual camera with 24-megapixel and 5-megapixel camera sensor, based on CMOS technology. The auto focus reacts in just 0.1 seconds and has a f/1.7 aperture. NeoVision 7.0 is supported to enhance your pictures and videos. The front-facing unit has an 8MP (f/2.0) camera lens with an 80-degree wide angle field view. The front camera is also used to unlock the Z18 Mini with face ID (at a later stage via FOTA available).
The built-in battery has a capacity of 3,450mAh. There are 5 different colors available, including a Provence Edition in lavender color. Underneath the dual camera setup on the back is a fingerprint sensor to safely unlock the device. The phone comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB type-c port and a dedicated hardware button to launch the ZTE-designed voice assistant system. Other features include dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and connectivity up to 4G. The Nubia Z18 Mini is running Nubia UI, based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
