The Nubia Red Magic 6 is the latest device of the Red Magic series. The gaming smartphone comes with Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 processor and a 165 Hz AMOLED display. To prevent heat sink while gaming the Nubia Red Magic 6 is equipped with ICE6.0 cooling system including an 18,000 RPM centrifugal fan, a cooling canyon air duct, super conduction copper foil, thermal gel and an aviation-grade cooling ice blade. The Red Magic 6 5G offers DDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage and 66W Quick Charging technology. In the sound department, the gaming phone boasts dual stereo speakers with DTS X Ultra support and Qualcomm aptX. The Tencent branded phone supports 4G LTE with band 20 (B20) and band 28 (B28), as well as high-speed dual 5G connectivity.
The base-version of the Nubia Red Magic 6 comes with a 6.8-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080p. It features a 500 Hz touch sampling rate and a 360 Hertz multi-finger touch sampling rate. The screen also does 10-bit colors and features a sixth-generation in-screen fingerprint reader, as well as SGS Low Blue Light Eye Care certification and SGS high brush low smear certification. The Nubia Red Magic 6 is powered by the 64bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core chipset paired with Adreno 660 GPU and up to 12GB of RAM. The Nubia Red Magic 6 has 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage available.
On the rear, it packs a triple camera setup with 64 megapixel main camera. The Ultra HD main camera is supported by an 8 megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a third 2 megapixel macro camera. For online streaming sessions an 8MP front-facing camera is available. You'll also find a 3.5mm headphone jack and 400Hz capacitive shoulder triggers on the Red Magic 6.
The Nubia Red Magic 6 is backed by a large 5,050 mAh battery with 66W fast-charging via USB Type-C port compatible with PD3.0 PPS fast charge protocol and up to Quick Charge 4 (QC4). The gaming phone beast is dual 5G-enabled, 4G LTE with 800MHz (band 20) and has Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. In the sound department, it boasts dual stereo speakers with DTS X Ultra support and Qualcomm aptX. To keep the Nubia phone cool during intense gaming sessions, it comes with a multi-layer cooling system called ICE 6.0. The Nubia Red Magic 6 gaming phone is running Red Magic OS 4.0 based on Android 11. Please note: Apps on the phone will be shown in the selected language.
