The Honor 60 Pro is equipped with the brand new Snapdragon 778G Plus 5G SoC, a 108MP triple main camera and a 50MP selfie snapper. The Pro-variant sports a 6.78-inch 120Hz OLED screen with an integrated optical fingerprint sensor. Honor has equipped the Honor 60 Pro with a 4,800 mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging, as well. Connectivity options include NFC, BT 5.2, Wi-Fi 6 and dual 5G. The Honor 60 Pro mobile phone runs Magic UI 5.0 based on Android 11 OS. The Android handset is available in China in Bright Black, Jade Green, Juliet or Starry Sky.
The Honor 60 Pro comes with a large 10-bit 6.78-inch AMOLED quad-curved display with 120Hz screen refresh rate, 2652x1200 (FHD+) pixel resolution, 1.07 billion colors, DCI-P3 wide color gamut and a pixel density of 429ppi. It is powered by a 64bit Qualcomm’s new 6nm Snapdragon 778G Plus octa-core chipset with 1x Cortex-A78 2.5GHz, 3x Cortex-A78 2.4GHz and 4x Cortex-A55 1.8GHz. The SoC is paired an Adreno 642L, GPU Turbo X and either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. Both available variants offer 256GB of internal storage.
Both devices of the new Honor 60 series are equipped with a 108 megapixel main camera on the rear. The 108MP ultra-clear primary lens has a large 1/1.52 inch sensor, 9-in-1 pixel binning, 2.1μm pixel and f/1.9 aperture. In addition, the Honor 60 Pro packs a second 2-in-1 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle macro camera with 122° super wide angle and 2.5cm AF super macro capability. The third camera sensor is an independent depth-of-field camera with 2-megapixel for taking stunning portrait photos. On the front, the Honor 60 Pro is equipped with a 50MP AI super-sensing camera with 100° super wide angle. The phone is perfect for recording Vlogs with 20 sets of templates ready to be put in place with different filters, stickers, and special effects to help with your vlog creations.
Honor has equipped the Honor 60 Pro with a large 4800mAh battery supporting 66W Honor fast charging technology. The Honor 60 Pro can charge to 50 percent of its capacity in just 15 minutes. The connectivity options of the Honor 60 Pro include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, MIMO, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC (Near field communication) and OTG. For navigation and positioning GPS, A-GPS, BeiDou and Glonass, as well as Wi-Fi and cellular network positioning are supported. The Honor 60 Pro 5G is running Magic UI 5.0 based on Android 11 OS without Gapps support out of the box including OTA support. Please note, that even if English language (or another language) is available, some parts of the operating system might still be displayed in Chinese language. No launcher change possible.
