The Vivo X21 is a 6.28-inch smartphone with Full View display of the X-Series. There are 3 different variants available with 6+64GB and 6+128GB. The Vivo X21 and X21 UD only differ from one single feature – an Under Display fingerprint scanner. The Vivo X21 features a Super AMOLED panelt with 19:9 aspect ratio and a top notch like the Apple iPhone X. The basic version comes in Black and White colors and the 6+128GB variant is available in Black, White and Red, while the X21 UD comes in Black and Red.
The Vivo X21 features a 6.28-inch notched display with 19:9 screen-to-body-ratio. The Super AMOLED display has a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixel (FullHD+). Under the hood, we have a 64bit Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC with a dedicated AI core, along with an Adreno 512 GPU. The chipset has a frequency of 2.2 GHz and the graphics unit clocks at 850 MHz. All three versions have 6 GB of RAM. The built-in storage is either 64 GB or 128 GB and can be expanded by up to 256 GB in both cases.
On the rear of the X21 and X21 UD is a dual camera setup with 12 MP Dual Pixel PDAF main sensor and a 5 MP secondary sensor. On the front is another 12 MP front camera sensor for selfies and to unlock the phone with Face Wake 2.0. All lenses support A.I. Beauty Technology for enhanced portrait photos.
Being only 7.4mm thin the battery capacity is set at 3,200mAh with fast charging support. Therefore, the X21 is even thinner than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro or Samsung Galaxy S9. The premium smartphone supports a variety of 2G, 3G, 4G and 4G+ frequencies (4G+ FDD-LTE: B1/B3/ B1+B3). Other features include Bluetooth 5.0, Dual Band Wi-Fi, OTG and GPS. The Vivo X21/X21 UD supports Hi-Fi audio with Deep Field sound. It is equipped with the Hi-Fi chip AK4376a. It runs by the company’s FunTouch OS 4.0 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
