The Xiaomi offers the RedmiBook 14 Ⅱ now with the new Intel CPU's and NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics card, it comes with the same full view display for a truly impressive screen experience with a 100% sRGB Color gamut. That is supported by up to 16GB 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM and a 512GB SATA SSD.
The new Intel CPU's are power efficient quad-core SoC's for laptops and Ultrabooks based on the Ice -Lake-U generation. Other improvements for Ice Lake are the AI hardware acceleration and the partial integration of Thunderbolt and Wifi 6 in the chip. The integrated DDR4 memory controller supports modules with up to 3200 MHz.It is produced in the new 10nm process at Intel (2nd generation) that should offer a comparable performance to the 7nm process at TSMC. The TDP is specified at 15 Watts.
The laptop features the same 14-inch full HD screen with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and even thinner bezels with just 3mm and an impressive screen-to-body ratio of now 90%. The display supports 178° wide viewing angle, a brightness up to 250 nits and high-definition anti-glare. The outside surfaces of the Xiaomi RedmiBook 14 Ⅱ are made of metal and the B-side is made of plastic.
The Xiaomi RedmiBook 14 Ⅱ comes in three different variants with Intel i7-1065G7 CPU, 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, Intel i5-1035G1 CPU, 16GB RAM and 512GB storage or Intel i5-1035G1 CPU with 8GB RAM and 512GB SATA SSD storage and NVIDIA GeForce MX350 graphics card. The RedmiBook II weighs just 1.3 kilos and has a thickness of 16.8mm. To keep the laptop cool it comes with two vents underneath the keyboard to manage temperature.
With the Notebook you also get one USB 3.1 port, two USB-C ports, one with Video Output Support, a HDMI 1.4 port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual band Wi-Fi ax with Wi-Fi 6 support along with Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity. The laptop has a full-size keyboard with a travel distance of 1.3mm and 19mm wide key. In addition, there is a multi-touch gesture-supporting touchpad.
