The Realme X Youth Edition (RMX1851) is equipped with a 6.3-inch waterdrop notch display. With the Realme X Lite the Shenzhen-based smartphone manufacturer, once a subsidiary of Oppo, celebrates its comeback to China. The Realme X Lite Youth Edition is powered by the same Snapdragon 710 chipset like the Realme X. The Android smartphone comes in three different variants – 4GB+64GB, 6GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. On the rear of the phone is a dual camera with 16MP+5MP and fingerprint reader. The built-in battery has a capacity of 4045mAh and is charged with VOOC 3.0 Quick Charge technology.
The Lite version of the Realme X has a waterdrop notch display and offers full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The mobile phone 6.3-inch screen comes with 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The screen also supports Night eye protection mode. The Realme X Youth Edition is powered by a 64bit SoC with up to 2.2GHz burst frequency. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset has eight cores and is coupled with an Adreno 616 GPU. The Realme X Lite is available with 4GB or 6GB LPDDR4x of RAM and 64GB or 128GB expandable storage.
The Realme X Youth Edition has a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup on its rear. The IMX 519 main lens comes with f/1.7 aperture, 1.22 μm pixel size and dual pixel fast focus. Features like Super night scene, Super clear mode, HDR and Portrait Mode are available for taking great photos. For shooting selfies, it has a 25-megapixel selfie snapper with 1.8 μm large pixel and Smart pixel four-in-one. The front camera supports AI face unlock, HDR and AI smart beauty mode. With the Realme X Lite videos can be recorded with up to 4K resolution at 30fps, time lapse shooting and support of EIS.
It runs ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9 Pie operating system and is backed by a large 4,045mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 Fast Charging support. The phone also features Hyper Boost 2.0 for mobile acceleration technology to provide an improved system and gaming performance. Further, the phone has USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, alongside all standard connectivity options like 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, dual VoLTE 4G. The Realme X Youth Edition is the very same smartphone that was unveiled as Realme 3 Pro in India. The phone comes in Nitrogen blue and Electro-optic Violet color options.
