The latest ThinkBook laptops are designed from foundational customer experience insights to focus on the all-important end user experience. The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 2 has been enhanced in almost every area. The ThinkBook Plus 2 is a creative business-class tool to enhance productivity for business users. Not only does it have a 13.3-inch WQHD display, but it combines a 12-inch touch-sensitive E-ink display on the lid. The resolution of that top cover display has been increased to match the 2560x1600 resolution of the main display. The E-ink screen has an incredibly long battery life and protects the user's eyes. The display can directly access Windows OS and use all Windows apps. Plus 2 also has a fingerprint power button and a 'garage pen' to improve usability.
While the ThinkBook lineup has traditionally been aimed towards office work, the series has since expanded to include content creators and others that require extra performance from their notebooks. The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus 2 is a thin and light laptop that is built for individuals in the creative field. The new notebook features a 12 inch E Ink display panel, which offers a viewing experience close to paper that makes it suitable for long hours of use. This laptop offers touch and stylus support, and can even be flipped to be used as a tablet as well. The Lenovo laptop also features an Intel chip ranging from an Intel Core i5 to an i7 processor depending on the configuration one chooses, paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The laptop runs on Windows 10 OS and offers Intel Iris integrated graphics as well.
Connectivity includes two Intel Thunderbolt 4 ports (USB-C), Wi-Fi 6 and support for Bluetooth 5 and a headphone/mic combo jack. It also is equipped with convenient features such as an integrated fingerprint sensor, built-in speakers, and a mic. The backlit keyboard also comes with a generously sized touchpad too. The 53WHr battery provides up to 15 hours of charge, or up to 24 hours when using the e-Ink display only. Using aluminium material with a distinctive dual tone finish, the latest ThinkBook model unites innovative features with sophisticated design, it boasts of a thin and light built, measuring 13.9 mm at its thickest point while tipping the scales at 1.16 kilos.
