The Huawei MatePad Pro 5G is portable and durable equipped with extraordinary 5G performance and hardware. The 5G capable MatePad Pro comes with a 10.8-inch FullView Display offering remarkable visual experiences with DCI-P3 cinematic level color gamut. The device is powered by a flagship Kirin 5G SoC , combined with the brand new architecture of Big-Core plus Tiny-Core NPU vastly improving AI capabilities. The Huawei MatePad Pro 5G is available with 8GB of RAM and an expandable storage of up to 512GB. It is the world's first tablet to support 27W Qi Wireless Charging and 40W Huawei SuperCharge to support you to use the tablet for up to 10.5 hours. The MatePad Pro 5G is available in Orange and Forest Green and with 8GB+512GB it comes including a keyboard case and Huawei M-Pencil.
The 16:10 screen of the Huawei MatePad Pro 5G supports a 2K WQXGA resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a pixel density of 280ppi with 90% screen-to-body ratio. The screen is framed by very narrow bezels of just 4.9mm. The IPS display supports DCI-P3 and up to 540 nits brightness and is compatible to be used together with the Huawei M-Pencil. The MatePad Pro 5G is powered by the most powerful HiSilicon Kirin chipset. The 7nm octa-core Kirin 990 5G is paired with a NPU, improved AI performance, a Mali-G76 GPU and the latest generation of GPU Turbo technology making it the most powerful Huawei tablet on the market. The 5G version is available with 8GB+256GB and 8GB+512GB. The internal storage can be further expanded by up to 256GB with a Huawei NM memory card.
On the rear of the Huawei MatePad Pro 5G Android tablet is a 13-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture and auto focus support. The rear camera can record videos in 4K with 30fps and has a maximum photo resolution of 4160 x 3120 pixels. The front camera for video calls or selfies has an 8-megapixel camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture and fixed focus. The front-facing camera can record videos with 1080p and 30fps or take pictures with 3264 x 2448 pixels. In addition, the front camera is used to securely unlock the Huawei MatePad Pro with face ID.
Thanks to the energy efficient processor, the large-capacity battery with 7250mAh of the MatePad Pro 5G tablet can be used effortlessly for more than 10 hours. The Huawei MatePad Pro 5G supports Huawei SuperCharge (40W), 27 W Qi Wireless Charging and it can be used to Reverse charge your FreeBuds 3 earphones or other Qi-enabled devices with up to 7.5W. Connectivity options include dual band Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), Bluetooth 5.1, dual 5G and dual 4G LTE (FDD+TD), USB Type-C 3.1 GEN1 port, four Harman Kardon speakers and five microphones. The MatePad Pro tablet is running EMUI 10 based on Android 10 OS.
